Be aware of the stories that you are holding onto.

There are perceptions that you have of the challenges and shadows currently in your life that are causing tensions that you feel in your body.

Remember my LOVE, not all fires that burn are yours to put out. What fires are you holding onto that can be released? Why are you choosing to hold onto fires that are not yours to put out?

My LOVE, you are worthy of receiving love, beauty, joy and connection. You are not abandoning your past, you are not in disservice of community by opening to the abundance of beauty. that this human experience.
